As Senior Executive, Client Services at Managed Market Resources,
Ms. Pharaon is responsible for providing strategic, customer-focused solutions relative to managed markets.

Ms. Pharaon worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 17 years prior to joining Managed Market Resources.  Her most recent position was Associate Director, Customer Marketing, for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in East Hanover, NJ, where she developed customer segment strategy, resources and programs.  During her 5 years with Novartis, she held various positions in brand marketing and customer marketing.

Prior to her experience with Novartis, Ms. Pharaon spent 12 years at Merck, where she held numerous positions in sales, market research, account management and customer marketing.

Ms. Pharaon received her Bachelor of Arts in biology from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and her MBA from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California.
